FAQ

1. Service Area. 

Our service area is Mt. Eliza, Mornington and properties north or Uralla Rd. Mt. Martha.

2. Property staging. 

Its ideal that the agent arranges to have the property staged prior to the photoshoot. The photographer will not stage the property on the day.

3. Aerial photography.

Aerial photography will need to be rescheduled on days with extremely high winds.

​​

4. Photography shoots.

Photography shoots will need to be rescheduled on rainy days. Only interior photos can be done.

5. Open hours.

Photography plans are done Mon to Fri 10am to 10pm. 

​​​

6. Bookings.

Bookings are made by downloading the booking form the website.

​​​

7. Payment. 

Payment is to be made online via direct transfer within 7 business days of the invoice date. Please refer to the invoice for payment and banking details.

8. Cancellations.

Cancellations are to be made at least 24hrs prior to the booking date. An email to admin@ultimatehp.com.au is preferred.

9. Licensing agreement.

There is no licensing agreement on any media produced by Ultimate Home Photography. All images and video are free to use across social media, print media and websites. This applies to the real estate agent and the photographer.

10. Delivery of the media.

The assets are to be delivered online via email or via large file transfer sites such as Dropbox or WeTransfer. Please advise the profile photos for sign boards, as they need to be high resolution images. (High-Res images are larger in file size.)

11. Free edits.

All media produced is entitled to one free edit or digital retouching. 

​

12. Refunds.

Any media you're not satisfied with, we are happy to give a refund within the first 48hrs. No refunds after 48hrs from the delivery of the asset. â€‹
